This policy explains what information PetFlightPlan collects when you request a plan, how it is used, and how payment and email data are handled.

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the trip details you provide, such as destination region, pet type, count, timing, cabin preference, and your email address.

When you pay, Stripe processes the payment details. PetFlightPlan stores payment-related identifiers and request status, but does not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

We use your intake details to generate the planning brief, create the PDF delivery, send the result by email, and maintain a request history linked to your access token.

We may also retain internal logs required to troubleshoot failed deliveries, failed emails, or invalid request links.

Email and delivery records

PetFlightPlan uses email delivery providers to send transactional emails, including payment confirmations and final planning brief deliveries.

We retain email delivery status and delivery errors for support, resend, and audit purposes.

Data retention

We keep request records, generated planning briefs, and payment metadata for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, resend access, and respond to operational issues.
